2023 Day 110 – Psalms 121, 123-125, 128-130

Have you ever needed help with something but did not know who to turn to for the solution?  The Psalmist tells us that he turns to the one who never sleeps.  “I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.” (Psalms 121:1-4)  The Hebrew writer also points us toward the best helper.  “So we can confidently say, ‘The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?’” (Hebrews 13:6)  That Helper will never leave us if we do not leave Him.  “Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6)
