2020 Day 252 – 1 Chronicles 23-25 and Psalms 69

In the Psalms David wrote many words that showed the love and respect he had for our Heavenly Father.  He realized that God knew all and was in control of all.  “O God, you know my folly; the wrongs I have done are not hidden from you.” (Psalms 69:5)  Even though God knows all the mistakes we make, His love for us is still greater than we can comprehend.  “But as for me, my prayer is to you, O LORD. At an acceptable time, O God, in the abundance of your steadfast love answer me in your saving faithfulness.” (Psalms 69:13)  He gives us all the opportunity for salvation if we will follow His word.  “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9)
